Back from the harvest. Back in your hands.
The Herbal Skin Salve has returned.
We just brought in this season's mullein — hand-picked at peak, dried slow, and infused with the same patience the land taught us. If you've been waiting on this one, the wait is over.
Nature was healing way before we knew the word hospital.
Powered by:
Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) — harvested from our own soil, long used to calm irritated, chapped, and stressed skin, and to support the body's own repair instead of masking what's underneath.
Slow-infused into oil, not synthesized in a lab. No shortcuts, no fillers.
Who it's for:
Anyone ready to reach for something made instead of manufactured.
How to use it:
Warm a small amount between your palms. Massage into the skin that needs it — hands, elbows, wherever the season has been hardest on you. Let it sit. Let it work.
This batch is only as big as what this harvest gave us. Once it's gone, it's gone until the next mullein harvest.
Get yours Now.

Judith has always been the consummate culinarian, sharing her skills with those looking to make uncomplicated meals that are nourishing and full of flavor.
Some of the best lessons don't begin in a classroom. They begin in the garden, continue in the kitchen, and get shared around the table.
This is more than just cooking food.

When our children were small, I'd line the kitchen table with canning jars — garlic, paprika, berbere, cayenne, rosemary, oregano, cinnamon. They could season their popcorn however they wanted. But first they had to smell each jar. Look at the color. Rub it between their fingers.
I wasn't making a snack. I was teaching herbalism.
Not Latin names. Not medicinal charts. Relationship.
I wanted rosemary to be more than a recipe line and garlic to be more than a powder in a shaker.
Herbalism doesn't begin with your first tincture. It begins with knowing a plant by sight, by smell, by hand.

At some point in the history of the United States, a black farmers did not own the fruits of their labor.
Their labor and their harvests were taken and used to build our country.
We've liberated our connection to land, labor, and food sovereignty, and we're sharing it with you.
No two weeks are the same, and there is no predetermined menu - only the quiet invitation to experience what nature has to offer.
Sign up and share the story of the season as it unfolds.

Most people dream about changing their lives.
Few learn the skills to do it.
The transition doesn't begin with leaving the city.
It begins with learning how to grow food, steward the land, and become less dependent on systems you can't control.
One seed.
One skill.
One season at a time.
Ready to make the transition?

Sometimes the sweetest lessons don’t happen in a classroom. They happen under a fruit tree, with sticky fingers, curious questions, and the simple wonder of tasting something fresh from the land.
This is how we grow the next generation—not just by feeding them, but by helping them reconnect with where food comes from.
Tap into your childlike wonder and join us for Land Stewardship Days.
