Drum roll please…. We reopened Friday, October 2nd!! After careful consideration and guidance from local officials that gyms are able to reopen, we're excited to let you know that we’re reopening. As always, the safety of our team and members is our top priority, and we’ve been working hard to get ready to welcome you back and provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgement free workout experience you love. We can’t wait to see you!

In accordance with local requirements, masks are required for members and guests at all times, and the club has temporary capacity restrictions. Download the free Planet Fitness app in advance so you can have a touchless check-in and answer necessary wellness questions via the app.

As a reminder, your membership was frozen when your club closed in March and you were not charged any fees while the club was closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle (on or around October 17) upon the club reopening on October 2nd for any unused days for which you have previously paid. Normal billing will resume the following month. If your annual fee should have been billed since we closed in March through the date of this email, you will be billed for your annual fee on the 1st of the month after your first billing date.

Given the Governor's direction for all California gyms to close in an effort to reduce community spread, we will be closing effective immediately Monday, July 13 until further notice.

Don’t worry, while we are closed, we’ve got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while the club is closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when your club reopens for any unused days that you have previously paid for. You'll be the first to know when we are able to reopen and, we look forward to welcoming you back to the club as soon as possible!

We’ve missed you! After careful consideration and guidance from local officials that gyms are able to reopen, we're excited to let you know that we’re reopening today, June 17th. As always, the safety of our team and members is our top priority, and we’ve been working hard to get ready to welcome you back and provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgement free workout experience you love.

If you paid dues in the month of March prior to our closure, please know that those March dues will be credited toward your first monthly bill once open. Your billing will resume on or around the 17th of the month and may be prorated based on your clubs open date. If your Annual Fee was scheduled during the time of our temporary closure, this will be billed on the 1st of the month following your first monthly draft. Moving forward, your Annual Fee will revert back to its original date. If you have questions about your specific billing cadence, please reach out to your Club.

As we are reopening on June 17th, please know that your billing will resume on or around June 17th. This billing will cover you from June 1 – July 16th, however you will only pay a portion of your dues at this time as your previously paid March dues will be applied. Normal billing will resume again on or around July 17th.
