Meet Michelle Janine Michelle Janine | Embodiment Coach one of the facilitators joining us for our October 10th Fall Spa & Wellness Experience. 🤍
Michelle will guide us through meditation and breathwork as we settle into the day and create space to slow down and reconnect.
Her work brings together breathwork, nervous system regulation, EFT tapping, and somatic practices to help women get out of their heads and back into their bodies. Her approach is centered around releasing what feels stuck, creating more space for yourself, and reconnecting with what brings you joy.

There’s a reason we chose Placerville Sauna for our next SerAmor experience.
Tucked away in the Sierra foothills, it gives us the kind of setting we wanted for this retreat. A place where you can step away for the day, spend time outside, slow down, and experience wellness a little differently.
On October 10th, we’ll be taking over the space for a full SerAmor Spa & Wellness Experience, including a guided sauna + cold plunge ritual alongside yoga, breathwork, sound healing, private treatments, nourishing food, and time to simply enjoy the day.
