Simply looking at someone and having thoughts about them is energy exchange. Most people don't realize that they are walking around projecting anger or judgment onto people. Past experiences & the way we felt about those, created our current mindset. If a person was raised harshly, never learned self worth or was taught judgment on differences.....they might take a quick glance at a person standing next to them in the store and then pass a quick judgment on clothes & tattoos. That quick judgment just sent them a low vibrational energy. This is why retraining our minds to see the good in people is so important. Especially in todays society. Someone could be walking around hanging on by a thread and your quick energy exchange could of just sent them something they cannot handle right now. That same situation could of been completely reversed by glancing and seeing only the good in them. Instead of focusing on things that can create judgment or other unhappy emotions in yourself. Retrain your mind & find only the good.
Love is not the complicated emotion society makes it seem....It is simply choosing to see the good in others.
