Do you know how much water you should be drinking everyday?

•Take your body weight, cut it in half, and that’s how many ounces you should be drinking.•

Living in AZ with pretty extreme weather, it’s SO important for your skins health (and overall health) to be drinking plenty of water every day. Soda and juice do not count!

2. Set a goal! Try gulping down several ounces every hour or so.

3. Mix it up! Throw some watermelon or lemon or cucumber with your water if you are feeling a little wild!
