✨ Hi everyone! I’m so excited to finally introduce myself and my new beauty journey ✨

My name is Victoria, and I am a newly licensed Permanent Makeup Artist and certified Teeth Whitening Specialist based in the Twin Cities. I grew up in Minnesota my whole life in the Hopkins–Minnetonka area, and I’m now offering my services in St. Paul at a med spa as I continue building my career in the beauty industry.

I’m the founder of PMU Beauty Lab, where my goal is to help women feel confident, empowered, and radiant through high-quality, professional beauty services. I currently offer permanent makeup services including brows, lip blush, and eyeliner, as well as professional teeth whitening.

I’m also continuing my education to become a licensed esthetician and training in laser services so I can expand and offer a more well-rounded range of advanced beauty treatments in the future.

A little about me personally — I am Chicana, with my mother’s side from Acapulco, Mexico. I was blessed to spend half of my childhood growing up in Mexico with my grandparents, and I am proud to be bilingual in Spanish and English.

I truly love working with women of all backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life. Everyone is welcome here — regardless of income, race, or nationality. My goal is to create a comfortable, uplifting space where every client feels beautiful and seen.
