I like sharing this video with my clients. This is more of an aggressive facial, something I do not recommend, however, in stages this is very effective. Old-school estheticians call this the 1-2-punch. Personally, its too much in one session and if you are not used to all these treatments at once, it could be a little painful. I like the video because it shows you all the types of treatments that are very beneficial to healthy skin, just not all at the same time. The type of microdermabrasion she performs is the Crystal microderm, I use a Diamond Microderm as this is what I consider the better of the two, but more effective is the microcurrent treatment and the ultrasonic exfoliation, which some prefer and believe is more effective than microdermabrasion.
