This client has beautiful, very thick, coarse hair with a natural blend of brown and gray. To create softness and dimension, I did a heavy foil using Redken Bonder Lightener for a clean, controlled lift.
I toned with Redken Shades EQ (9GI, 9V, 9P) to neutralize warmth and seamlessly blend her natural gray into a soft, dimensional blonde.
The cut is a mix of techniques to remove bulk, add movement, and make styling easier.
Finished with L’Oréal Molecular Repair for strength and L’Oréal Wheat Germ Oil—a total game changer for smoothing and shine on coarse hair.
Result: brighter, softer, and more manageable with natural-looking dimension.
