Please join us for a sunrise gentle yoga class and special Lion’s Gate Soundbath Meditation at Lassing Park on Sunday, 8/9 and a more intimate New Moon Gathering with essential oils, Yoga Nidra and sound bath on Monday, August 10th from 7pm - 8:15pm at the Sail Market Boutique and Gifts.
