Parking is available along both 3rd St. S. and 4th Ave S. through the ParkMobile app.

Please make sure you select the correct zone for the street you park on, as ParkMobile zones vary throughout downtown. Parking can be extended directly through the app if your appointment runs longer.
Once you arrive, there is a call box inside the lobby. Dial 111 🛎️ and I’ll buzz you in. Please wait to be buzzed in so I can make sure the suite is ready for you before you come back.
If the lobby is locked during evenings or weekends, there is an additional call box outside on the street.
Once inside, take a left. Suite 111 is the last suite on the left. Restrooms are located right outside the suite.
