Toni learned her craft in the Boston and New York fashion environments; as a top apprentice to Safars on Newbury St. and working for one of Boston’s top colorists; Jordan, owner of Jordan & Company. She has been doing hair since 1990 and that is reflected in both her dedication and hands on work ethic.
