The Womb Wisdom Ritual Kit
Thoughtfully curated for the sacred birthing and postpartum window, each Womb Wisdom Ritual Kit is designed to support a mother as she returns to her body and settles into the spiral of motherhood.
This particular kit was sent to a woman who is 3 weeks postpartum following a vaginal birth (with a grade 3 tear) and is currently breastfeeding. Every item was intentionally chosen to nourish, comfort, and honor her unique healing journey.
These ritual kits are simple yet powerful tools for weaving self-care and ritual into the everyday rhythm of postpartum life. They serve as a gentle reminder that care, rest, and presence are essential in this transformative time.
Each bag can be customized for a mother at any stage; whether preparing for birth and wishing to create a more comforting, beautiful hospital space, recovering from a C-section, or choosing not to breastfeed.
The spiral of motherhood is deeply personal, and each kit reflects that uniqueness. My intention is to support women in returning to themselves—body, mind, and spirit— through the profound transitions of pregnancy and postpartum.

Hi everyone!! Just popping in to share a little glimpse of my personal life. When I’m out of office, here’s what I’m most likely up to…enjoying the outdoors, drinking tea, baking/cooking/juicing, traveling, skiing, dressing up & dancing with my fiancé and friends, hanging with my dog, sharing moments with my loved ones, or enjoying self care.
