• these tattoos will fade!! they will very likely require multiple touchups over the life of the tattoo. they are supposed to fade out, so that instead of blurring or blobbing, they gradually get lighter until touchup time!
• this style is meant to be dainty and subtle! if you want very noticeable finger tattoos, then the designs will have to reflect that by increasing the size and overall legibility of the design so that it stands the test of time instead of fading out, while also having enough room to breathe and compensate for potential ink spread over time.
• my philosophy on fine line finger tattoos will always be that it's better for them to be too light and fade out than too dark, leading to blurring and blobbing. however, my style and commitment to touchups may not be for you!
there's no wrong preference, but doing your research to understand what you want out of a finger tattoo appointment or if you're ready for the commitment of finger tattoos is important! 🫶🏻

here's a coverup! i didn't do the original tattoo, but my client just wasn't vibing with it anymore and thought it felt awkward in its placement for her! i don't always say yes to coverups, but if i think your goals align with what i can accomplish then im happy to say yes with some a consultation for realistic expectations! for more advanced coverups, i will refer you to a different artist with more expertise in the area than me, as i always want the best results possible for you and the tattoo 🖤
