With the new year right around the corner, I’ve been thinking about making a few changes to my work schedule. 🗓️

I absolutely LOVE what I do and love taking care of all of you, but I also need to make sure I’m taking care of ME too! 🫶🏼 My health as well as working out in the gym and having a little more balance are becoming a priority.

So I’m throwing it out there and I want YOUR opinion! 👀

And YOU get to watch your little business grow into something you’re incredibly proud of.

So yes… I’m basically a full-time CEO, accountant, receptionist, janitor, supply manager, laundry lady and tax-paying professional. 😂

🍑 LET’S TALK UNDERWEAR! 🍑

If you’re constantly battling ingrown hairs, bumps, irritation, or those annoying little red spots after hair removal, your underwear might be part of the problem! 👀🌺

🌺✨ First things first: COTTON IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. ✨🌺

After sugaring and honestly, for everyday wear…. your bikini area needs to breathe! Cotton underwear is breathable and helps reduce the heat, moisture, and friction that can contribute to irritation and ingrown hairs.

🚫 Things to avoid when you’re prone to ingrowns:
• Lace panties: cute, but they can create friction and irritation
• Microfiber/synthetic fabrics: tend to trap heat and moisture
• Super tight underwear: more friction = more irritation
• Thongs immediately after sugaring: give that freshly sugared skin a little breathing room!

✅ Instead, reach for:
🌺 Breathable cotton underwear
🌺 A comfortable, looser fit
🌺 Cotton-lined gussets
🌺 Breathable clothing when possible, especially after your Brazilian

And remember: prevention starts BEFORE the ingrown appears!

✨ Stay consistent with gentle exfoliation once your skin has recovered from your service.
✨ Keep your skin moisturized.
✨ Don’t pick, squeeze, or dig at ingrown hairs.
✨ Stay on your regular sugaring schedule.
✨ Give your skin a break from tight clothing immediately after your appointment.

And one of my BIGGEST tips: listen to your skin! What works for one person may not work for another.
