This isn’t a sales floor. It’s an evening of couture, chance, and cause, where every hand of cards and every look down the runway raises support for Hero Hut — San Antonio’s home for veterans building a life defined by service and community.

My shoulder should’ve been screaming right now. It wasn’t. Here’s why. 👀

Part 2: What are you Training for in Life !!!! At Kneaded for Life, we are client focused in how we work on clients. Massages are customized to the persons body. You may come in and thinking 🤔 you need lymphatic when in fact you knead some kneading and fascia stretching plus aromatherapy to help you calm your mind, so you can breath and let your body be worked on. We all didn’t learn anatomy, biology or learn to massage as a kid 👧. Or go to School to become a massage therapist. We are here to HELP you, to return your body to homeostasis. Maybe it involves Hot towels, or maybe you need some work on your jaw, scalp, neck. BUCCAL helps with TMJ, hot stones help loosen up fascia when it’s dense. Gua Sha scraping helps with stubborn knotty 🪢 area, or using cups and gliding restores more blood flow (sometimes it’s a bit intense 😫 OR sometimes your body likes the feeling on the skin).
