Bare Sōl is growing! My time has always been important - but even more so now. I will continue to work with my amazing clients, whether that means spraying at 10:00 pm or 7:00 am; however, lately I have felt the need to instate an actual ‘cancellation policy’ for the first time in three years.

• Summer Solstice Members always get first dibs at appointment times. In order to avoid forfeiting a session of your package, please cancel or reschedule 12 hours or more before your appointment time.

• New & Returning clients are asked to please call/text/cancel their appointment online 12 hours or more before their session to avoid being charged for the service scheduled. Cancellation charges are not applied to any future service. If you use the app to cancel an appointment, it is highly recommended you still text to confirm cancellation 229.292.5871.

• Rescheduling is encouraged whenever you have to cancel - I want to see you! Unfortunately, rescheduling less than 12 hours before your appointment is very similar to a cancellation and can sometimes be inconvenient for us. In the event a reschedule needs to be made, 100% of payment for the appointment must be paid upfront in order to book. This money will be applied towards your new appointment.
