To our valued Clients:
Our Great Clips team is committed to the safety and well-being of our Clients and staff. As we continue to monitor the COVID-19 virus, we want to share what our team is doing to ensure our clients are confident and comfortable when visiting any of our Great Clips salons.
All of our team members are professionally trained by the State of Texas and required to follow strict sanitation and safety procedures at all times. This includes cleaning and disinfecting all tools, equipment, chairs, and cutting stations with EPA approved disinfectants before and after every Client.
Additionally, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures in our salon to include regular cleaning and the use of disinfectants in all public areas as well as back office and supply areas.
We are also prepared to support our team members to ensure they can stay home if they need to care for themselves or a family member. During this time, we may need to reduce our hours of operation or make other changes to ensure we continue to serve the needs of, both, our Clients and team members.
Any change in our hours of operation will be updated on the Great Clips app, so this is a good time to download the app so you can check-in before you come in. The app is also a great tool to check wait times, so you don’t have to sit long in the lobby.
Lastly, we respectfully ask all Clients to postpone their next visit to the salon if they do not feel well or exhibit flu-like symptoms such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding.
