ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Please do NOT install, wet, color or unravel the hair (hair must be in the same condition in which you received it).

To expedite your exchange please provide the following information:

1.Your name, number and address

2.Your order confirmation number

3. The date the order was placed and the date the merchandise was received

4. A list of the product(s) (name and reference number of merchandise) to be exchanged

5. The reason for the return of the product(s)

6. A photograph of the product(s) and its packaging that backups the reason for exchange.
We have the right to refuse items that are not returned in the same condition

Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours of payment. Our standard shipping (priority) will take 3-5 business days to deliver and priority express will take 1-3 business days. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

How many bundles do I need?

We recommend the following for full sew in:

12” to 16” 2 bundles
16” to 22” 3 bundles
18” to 30” 3 to 4 bundles
24” to 28” 4 to 5 bundles

Can I Color My Bundles?

Yes. Your hair extensions are 100% virgin and can be colored and altered in any way you desire. Please understand that once you have altered the hair it is no longer “virgin”. Also, please ensure that you do no over process the hair and that you keep it moisturized to prevent breakage.

How Long Will My Bundles Last?

The longevity of your bundles is dependent on the TLC you provide it. These hair extensions can last you 2+ years.

Can I Products Can I Use On My Bundles?

Yes, but we do not suggest that you use TOO much product as this can weigh the hair down and make the hair stiff. We also recommend that you use a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner.
