This gets asked quite often.
The joke is that Ash makes the product and Beny makes them
look pretty and sells them.

So yeah, the answer is a resounding Yup. 😂

Ash knocked out nearly 80 jars of Wild Moss + Rooted Berry in one production day.

Made by us. Filled by us. Labeled by us. Packed by us.

It would definitely be easier to hand this part off.

But there’s something pretty special about knowing the products with our name on them were actually made by our family.

One batch at a time.

Well… our little family business was on TV yesterday.

Still kinda weird to say that.

We finally got the full SA Live segment last night and sat down and watched the whole thing again.
And honestly, what got us wasn’t seeing our products on TV.

It was seeing our story.
Our kids. The kitchen. The markets. Us making products together. All these little pieces of our life that have just become normal to us… being used to tell the Wildly Rooted story.

That was pretty dang special.
Because most days this thing doesn’t look anything like TV.

It looks like late nights.
Messy kitchens.
Labels and boxes everywhere.
Loading the car.
Unloading the car.
Markets when it’s 100 degrees outside.
Trying to figure out QuickBooks. 😂
Changing directions.

Trying something we think is genius and realizing two weeks later maybe it wasn’t.

Being husband and wife, parents and business partners all at the same time.

And trying through all of it to remember why we started.
So seeing somebody else look at all of that and say, “There’s a story here worth telling” meant a lot to us.

Jen and the whole SA Live + KSAT 12 team were seriously awesome. They treated our family incredibly well, and we’re really grateful they gave us the opportunity to share this part of our life.

And then there’s you guys.

Some of you have been buying from us since the beginning.

Some found us at a farmers market.
Some have told your friends about us.
Some share basically everything we post. You know who you are and we know too.

Some of you just quietly follow along and root for our family. You guys have helped build this too.
So if you have four minutes, watch this.

Today was a pretty special one. We had the opportunity to head to SA Live and share a little bit about Wildly Rooted and we got to do it together as a family.

And really, this is what running a family business looks like for us. The kids are there for the markets, the late nights, the packing, the deliveries, the ideas around the dinner table… and sometimes they get to be there for the really cool moments too.

Getting to walk into SA Live together today and experience this as a family was one of those moments we’ll remember for a long time. Pretty wild to think about how far this little idea from our home has already taken us.
