Length n' Strength

Length n' Strength

This class requires no equipment, only takes up the space of a yoga mat and can be done anywhere, from the living room to the beach

**In my experience I have found people tend to fail for three reasons, they either lack motivation, knowledge or the encouragement and support to succeed! Sometimes a combination of a few....

That's where I come in. I want to fill in the gaps, bridge the barriers and remove the excuses. Your goals are achievable but only with the combination of motivation, knowledge and courage. In order to achieve your "aesthetic" goals you must first repair and re-align any "structural damage" that may have been caused by years of improper alignment. Once the foundation (structure) of your body is aligned and working properly those aesthetic attributes will come.

-Regain a symbiotic relationship with your body
-reduce pain
-regain flexibility
-realign your body
-refocus your mind
-mentally and physically go inside
-Don't mistake fatigue for failure

-If you don't like where you are don't maintain it, change it.

-Take back what you think you've lost.

-Train the body from a young age to be properly aligned, reinforce that during functional life activities

-Retrain the body, reinforce good muscle memory, strengthen the flexible muscles and stretch the tight ones.

-Work towards creating an even balance between strength and flexibility.

-Remove medications, blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes............

-Increase vitamin and mineral intake.....absorb what the body truly needs
