In a large baking dish, place half a butternut squash cut in half and deseeded, some carrots, sweet potatoes, red onion, rosemary, and sage. Roast in the oven for 50 minutes. Then, scoop the flesh of the squash and other vegetables into a blender, add some water to thin, and blend on high power for a minute or so. Finish the soup with sour cream, oil, pepper, and rosemary. Serve it with a grilled sandwich made with homemade bread and Camembert cheese!
