Playing with balance (and strength and flexibility) upside down today. It’s been a LONG time and it feels so good to be back at it again.

Another beautiful day learning 🥰
Wow! Time lapse version looks kinda crazy 😜
Felt great though! 🥰🤸🏻💪
It’s been a tough year and I haven’t been on here much (social media or yoga trapeze) but I’m back! And this little post holiday stretch is feeling good 🥰
How are you spending this holiday weekend?

I’m thinking about offering virtual yoga trapeze classes...who’s interested?
I find myself needing to shift my perspective a bit, and going upside down definitely shakes things up. It helps me feel better physically and emotionally. How can I help you during this very odd time that we are all in together?
If you’re interested, let me know!

YES! Couldn’t agree more, as I’m lounging on this gorgeous, secluded beach feeling the sun on my skin, a gentle breeze blowing my hair back. I just got here yesterday and am already more relaxed and joyful. This is a DREAM!
Are you living your dreams?
Have you been wanting private yoga trapeze sessions? Want to support an awesome non-profit??
I have donated a package of 4 private sessions to the Feminine Rising Open House Fundraiser
If you are in SF, the event is Sept 29th from 7-10pm. Not able to make it in person, bid online! Link to the auction is in the comments

Family play time!!! We all have a blast on the swings and yoga trapeze. Some (maybe actually all) of us would be happy to play outside ALL day!
