The Mind Heart Center is a space that integrates health and wellness services in a supportive environment where individual progress strengthens our entire community. Locally owned and operated, we offer intelligent yoga practice and high quality, therapeutic massage. We aim to teach yoga in a sustainable way with attention to proper alignment, yogic philosophy and with compassion; in smaller class sizes for individualized attention. We offer Yoga Teacher Training Immersions and specialized workshops to offer something for everyone to continuously deepen their practice. Specialities: Pre & Postnatal Yoga + Massage; supportive Mysore program; all levels of yoga classes of varied lineages.
