Today at work, something happened that became for me not a conflict… but an observation.
Sometimes a person doesn’t come for a service.
They come with their inner state.
With anxiety.
With irritation.
With dissatisfaction toward the world.
And no matter how much you clarify the details,
ask about length, shape, volume,
compare expectations to the reference photo —
if there is already conflict within a person,
they will still find it on the outside.
Today I completed the work exactly as requested.
I confirmed several times. This new client brought the photo as a referral from my business profile (my work) so 100% I knew what length etc.
I received clear approval.
Yet before the eyes were even fully open, I heard:
“I don’t like it.”
I tried to understand. To adjust. To listen.
But when someone doesn’t truly know what they want,it’s impossible to hit the target.
When it became clear she was unhappy,
I calmly offered to remove the lashes completely
so she could leave without paying anything.
She refused the removal.
At the same time, she refused to pay,
created a scene, and left wearing the work she said she didn’t like.
At one moment, I caught myself feeling angry.
That’s natural.
We are all human.
But then a different understanding came.
A person cannot rise to a new level in life
if there is no honesty within.
Not with themselves. Not with others.
You can hide behind status, a last name, loud words.
You can create the illusion of importance.
But level is not defined by that.
It is defined by vibration.
By how you interact with the world.
By whether you pay your debts-not only financial, but energetic.
The universe always restores balance.
Not out of revenge.
But out of law.
I choose to remain in my own state.
To work honestly.
P.S. She mentioned few times she had been to many lash artists and that no one could ever “understand what she wanted.”
Sometimes that alone says more than anything else.
