There is something about oiling your hair that makes you slow down.
Not because it takes much. Because it asks you to use your hands, take your time, and be a little more present.

Here’s how:

PREPARE
Shake the bottle well. Warm the oil slightly before applying.

MASSAGE
Apply generously to the scalp and massage gently for 10–15 minutes. Work the remaining oil through your hair strands.

LET IT REST
Leave it on for a few hours, or preferably overnight. If leaving it overnight, place a towel over your pillow to protect it from the oil.

RINSE
Wash thoroughly with a sulfate-free shampoo.

MAKE IT A RITUAL
For nourishment, once a week is enough. If you’re using it as part of a regular hair care routine, use 1–3 times a week.

And perhaps the most important part:
Don’t rush the massage.
