The last two years has shown it’s wear and in a lot of us, it’s shown in our hair.

The virus 🦠 we have all diligently done our best to avoid, has gotten many and with devastating physical consequences, such as hair loss, hair shedding or alopecia.

For others, like myself, the loss of a loved one and the stresses of a global pandemic and it’s new circumstances, brought about a me I was not used to seeing.

This post is a collaboration with a woman I admire Tasha Rose .herbalist. She is the creator of an incredible herbal nourishing line that has been an incredible source of grounding and replenishment for me and many others. It was a no brainer we needed each other and that our experiences and knowledge of holistic nourishment can help all of you!
