First Infrared Session? ♨️ Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your experience!
💧 Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before and after your session
🥗 Eat light: A light meal beforehand can help you feel more comfortable during your session
💦 Expect to sweat: Wear comfortable clothing, undergarments, or a bathing suit, and bring a change of clothes for afterward
✨ Notice how you feel: Your first session is all about tuning in to your body. Pay attention to how you feel before, during, and after your session. Notice changes in relaxation, tension, energy, and overall well-being. Everyone responds differently, so give yourself time to discover what feels best for you.
🧘 Get comfortable: Find a position that feels good and allow yourself to relax. Keep your head above your heart
🌿 Listen to your body: If you feel too warm or uncomfortable, let the staff know. The temperature of each zone on the wrap can be adjusted to help you feel more comfortable!
