Nursing has been such a meaningful part of my life for the last 24 years. My journey started at University of California, Santa Cruz, where I earned my undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology before going on to complete my Master’s degree in Nursing and become a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist.
I spent 15 years caring for the tiniest and most fragile patients in the NICU — a role that shaped me in ways I’ll carry forever. From there, I stepped into nurse leadership, continuing to grow through every chapter of this profession.
I continued on to find a new kind of magic in aesthetics. While the setting may look different, the heart of nursing remains the same: caring for people, building trust, helping others feel confident, seen, and cared for.
To all of the nurses in every specialty and every season of their career — thank you for what you do. The work matters more than words can say. ✨

Lips look best when the surrounding structures are balanced. ✨
