This client was in the salon for 4 hours 😬🤩getting this gorgeous color and cut service by Lisa.

The service started with a treatment removing a green cast from a mineral build up. Once that was done, Lisa was able to proceed with the highlite/lowlite service and a gentle toner at the shampoo bowl. This was one of those services that everyone working on the salon side made a suggestion or two 😉 ... and we are ALL happy with this dreamy result! 🌼🤩

But on a serious note—this class gave us so much more than laughter. We’ve already started using Laura’s consultation tips into our everyday client experiences, creating more connection, clarity, and confidence behind the chair.

We’ve been playing with new techniques for volume and prep, exploring different products, and getting inspired all over again with some new ghd tools in our hands.
