MICRONEEDLING WITHOUT THE DOWNTIME? What!?!
Result Driven Skincare recently told me she had a new microchanneling treatment that could give me many of the skin-rejuvenating benefits I love from microneedling, without the pain and days of redness and swelling that usually come with it.
I was 100% in.
Microneedling has been a game-changer for my skin, but I rarely make the time for it because I do not exactly have several days to walk around looking like my face met a cheese grater (see a later slide for previous evidence).
First, the care. ✨ The treatment begin with lymphatic drainage.
I always tell Nina she has magic hands, and this lymphatic drainage facial massage is a perfect example of why.
What it does for your face is truly unreal. I was already looking pretty snatched (sorry 🥴) before we even started the treatment.
**Even if you have zero interest in microchanneling, I 1000% recommend seeing Nina for a facial. She is amazing. Beyond.
Then came the microchanneling.
Unlike traditional microneedling, which uses needles to puncture the skin as the device moves across it, this treatment stamps tiny microchannels into the skin.
Those little micro-injuries are intentional. They kickstart the skin’s natural regeneration process, promoting cellular turnover and stimulating collagen and elastin production. The result is smoother texture, softer fine lines and wrinkles, and an overall more rejuvenated look to the skin.
And the wild part? It did not hurt. At all.
If I had to compare it to anything, I would say maybe a 3 out of 10 laser hair removal pain scale.
Exosomes. The HERO.
Nina applied them immediately before & after the microchanneling, to get those regenerative growth factors and proteins deeper into the skin.
The combination is designed to support the skin’s natural repair process while giving it an extra boost of rejuvenation.
Immediately after.
Minimal redness. Zero swelling. Zero discomfort.
And my skin already felt amazing.
This is the part where I started thinking, okay, this is legit.
Nina sent me home with a face mask for that night, plus two serums to apply before bed.
I happily followed instructions.
5:00 AM the next morning.

This week’s inspo…a nod to aviation of yore. ✈️
Every time I travel these days, it’s, well…not fun. Most people know I have the worst travel luck ever (and I’m enough of a manifestation woo-woo weirdo to know that writing this down is probably not ideal 😬).
But my travel anxiety is through the roof. And frankly, it bums me out.
My parents have these tales of traveling way back when. It all sounds so chic and sophisticated, and most importantly: CIVILIZED.
Travel actually seemed like an experience rather than something you had to endure to get somewhere. People dressed up, had a cocktail (and probably a cig 🚬) and still managed to behave themselves.
There are a bunch of places around the world giving a nod to those old days, when travel felt a little more glamorous and a lot less like being herded through a security line while clutching your shoes.
So here’s a few that are bringing a little of that golden age back.
📍Mr. Pop at Club Rose Bay RSL
📍TWA Hotel Jean-George’s at JFK
📍Air India Maharaja lounge at SFO
Aviator Melrose
📍The sadly now closed PS AIR BAR - I actually went to this one for my friend’s epic birthday celebration. Sad to hear it closed; was such a fun place.
How do we bring this kind of travel back???

I don’t typically follow any of the IG trends, but this one struck a chord. Probably because it’s something I’ve been thinking about.
This page was formerly my business page. Admittedly, there was a time when I felt pressure to post but wasn’t 100% sure where I wanted to take this...if anywhere. As that chapter closed, it naturally evolved.
What ultimately unfolded became a creative outlet. A place to share the people, places, and things that bring me joy, and hopefully a little inspiration along the way.
It’s really freeing to have zero agenda. No schedule. No plan. No pressure. Just little moments that make me stop long enough to take a picture.
Thank you to those of you who continue to follow along. I’m sharing a little piece of my world, and that’s more vulnerable for me than you may think.

Full moon in Aquarius 🌑
Authenticity, meaningful relationships, quiet breakthroughs…somehow these themes feel especially poignant from home in Jackson.
And as with every full moon, my dreams have truly been a wild ride. Anyone else?
