Been seeing this gorgoeous human for a while and we do a little now and then . We supported just a little of her mid face and lid/cheek junction.

The eyes .. they can be the most beautiful , charming , sexy , alluring part about us , however they can also make us look like a drug addict , like a mom (😊) an overworked sleepless entrepreneur or you may just be genetically blessed 🤷🏻‍♀️😊.

Sometimes it’s a simple fix ( if all the stars and criteria allign) . Coverup also counts as an easy fix btw for just darkness.

Dermal filler here can last years and it’s one and done . I do not advise tear trough filler to be done more than once , unless the previous filler is first dissolved - even then - this is hot water territory , don’t keep treating this area repeatedly with filler .

While Instagram argues facelifts, and fillers being a no no , I am here to say , I am getting even more creative with what I can do with dermal fillers for a wide variety of patients . I will NEVER tell you filler can replace what a face lift can do , but boy, does it still brings some joy to some of us , who just want a gentle restoration and to get on with our lives .

Also, a face lift does not take care of skin quality and volume ( okay maybe it does reposition some volume especially in the mid face ) but you need volume and skin hydration too , and your own fat too may not “take “.

I have seen this stunner for 4-5 years . All the areas we have treated over the years include : temples , lateral cheek mid face, nasolabial folds , nose , lips , posterior jawline , lid cheek junction, pyriform space … ⁣

She has been treated with 11 syringes over 5 years . She has never looked bizarre or unlike her essential self . She always exudes a quiet brilliant radiating confidence - a show stopper for sure ❤️

A little chin filler was done the first round , then we did some just on her left mid face to support the undereye with dermal filler.

Nothing exaggerated, but just enough to support the drag of the eye . 2.5 cc of filler in total.
