This one has been a bit tough for some people. The vagus nerve touches most every organ from brain stem down. It affects heart rhythm, breathing, digestion and so much more. When your body is stuck in survival mode it can cause symptoms that make you think there is something wrong with your organs when it could be a dis-regulated vagus nerve. If you’ve had tests and tried other things but nothing has helped it may be time to look into vagus nerve regulation.
