These vertical lines around the mouth—sometimes called “smoker’s lines” (I hate that term by the way)—can develop from years of repetitive movement, collagen loss, sun exposure, genetics, and the natural aging process. So while smoking can be a contributing factor, it’s definitely NOT the only cause.

Our goal: less etched/prominent lines on the upper lip, while preserving natural movement. We achieved this outcome with a combo of targeted neurotoxin injections (to soften pursing motion, thus the lines) + strategic dermal filler product selection & placement. Yay! 💉💋
