We had a great weekend in NYC with the entire Intercoiffure America Canada family, but the highlight for us was certainly watching Skyla McDermott and Daniela Calderin present as finalists in the 2026 Nouveau Competition! This year's theme was Tapestry.
We like to think our culture inspires collaboration, and their entry was a beautiful display of just that! Daniela and Sklya worked tirelessly to reach their shared vision - and we love what we're seeing! 😍
Fun Fact - they've actually created the "sweater" portion of this look twice - once for the original photoshoot and then again to be presented in 360° on a stage! The dedication was unreal!

This isn't a hiring event - Thanks to the incredible engagement we've had with our quarterly Assistant Soirées, we've found ourselves in the awesome position of having a fantastic associate team and a growing list of future associates. But we know this industry is built on incredible relationships, and we never want to close ourselves off to the opportunity to make new ones!

The team loved starting last week with the wonderful Rosi Mercedes and Wella Education! Class was in session covering dimensional blonding, curly dimension, and even some curly styling - cause how can you not when you have Rosi in the house?! The team is already buzzing to have her back! 💛🍓

Happy 250th, America! 🇺🇸🎇🌭 Wishing everyone a fun and safe holiday. The salon is closed today and will return to normal hours on Monday, July 6th.
