Palmitoyl Oligopeptide + Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 — in an in-vivo study of 23 volunteers over 8 weeks, the appearance of deep wrinkles was reduced by up to 45%, wrinkle density by up to 37%, and average wrinkle depth by up to 15%.

Tetrapeptide-7 also supports firmness by inhibiting elastase — the enzyme that breaks down elastin — by up to 20–22% in peptide studies.

Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4 — signals the production of collagen I, collagen III, and elastin: the structural proteins responsible for skin's firmness and bounce.

Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 — in a separate study of 31 participants over 28 days, the look of eye-area wrinkles was reduced by up to 48%.
