The installation starts long before the extensions do.
Before placing a row, I am looking at scalp and hair health, density, natural growth patterns, lifestyle, maintenance expectations, and the client’s goals.
There is no one placement that makes sense for every client.
Good extension work requires us to pay attention first.
The details matter.
We should never accept discomfort simply because someone wears extensions.
Placement matters. Tension matters. The system matters.
A beautiful finished result is only one part of a successful installation.
We want the hair to look beautiful on day one and still tell a healthy story at grow-out.

Had to be brutally honest. 🤎
No. It’s not actually normal for your extensions to be uncomfortable for the first few days.
American Row made that a thing of the past.
No pain relievers, no avoiding a ponytail just comfortable, natural looking extensions from Day 1.
That’s how it should be.
There is a difference between knowing the steps and understanding why they work.
A repeatable system removes the guesswork and gives a stylist something they can return to again and again.
