“If I’m running late, should I just show up or should I call?”

Our answer: Please give us a call.

We completely understand that traffic, work, and life happen! Calling us as soon as you know you’re running behind gives our team the opportunity to adjust the schedule and make the best decision for your appointment.

Sometimes we can still complete your service by having another team member assist with a shampoo, conditioning treatment, or blowout. Other times, if we can’t give you the full experience and results you deserve, we may recommend rescheduling so we have enough time to deliver the haircut, color, balayage, highlights, or other service you’re investing in.

Our goal is always to provide the highest quality service—not only for you, but for every guest scheduled that day.
