Graziella will be offering massage this Saturday at the Day Of Fun For Everyone at the Old Saratoga Mercantile & Farm.

This Saturday Abby will be at the Local 7 Health Center Grand Opening at 711 Troy Schenectady Road in Latham.

Both events are family-friendly open and to the public.

We celebrated Valentine's Day recently, providing chair massage for students and staff of Skidmore College for their annual Lovefest! ❤️

We always enjoy this event's focus on an expansive view of love.

It's great to celebrate romantic partners, but also love for friends, love for animals, love for nature, love for career, love for life, and importantly - love for self; begging the important question:
How do you show yourself love?

In this cold season with snow all around, if's interesting to reflect on how no two snowflakes are alike. Snowflakes all share the same basic structure and the same origin, yet each one forms differently based on its journey.

We can't help but think about our clients, our fellow humans when we think about this.
