Chenise is officially a Certified Sarga Bodywork Practitioner®! 🎉

Over the past several months, she has dedicated herself to learning this incredible modality, completing extensive training and practice sessions before earning her certification.

To everyone who came in to be one of her practice bodies, thank you! Your trust, feedback, and support played a huge role in helping her reach this milestone, and we're so grateful you were part of her journey.

So...what is Sarga Bodywork?

The simplest way to think about Sarga is as a systematic combing of your connective tissue (fascia).

Using broad, slow pressure delivered with the therapist's feet while supported by a fabric strap, Sarga allows the body to soften layer by layer, creating space, improving movement, and helping your nervous system settle into a deeper state of relaxation.

Sarga may be a great fit for you if you...

-Love deeper pressure but don't enjoy the sharpness that can come with elbows, thumbs, or pointy techniques.

-Constantly feel stiff or restricted

-Prefer your massage sessions to be slow, intentional, and deeply relaxing rather than fast-paced.

Because the pressure is broad instead of concentrated, many clients are able to comfortably receive a depth that's difficult to achieve with traditional massage techniques.

Some exciting news over here at MasPaz :)

Many of you have already met Chenise through the studio or mobile appointments, but most recently she was a part of my second Sarga Bodywork cohort in March and is currently completing her certification process to become a Sarga Bodywork Practitioner!

As part of her training, she must complete 20 practice sessions and I’m opening these sessions up to our community at 50% off while she finishes her hours.

The last time this happened was 4 years ago when I was completing my own certification process, and I still remember how supportive and encouraging everyone was while I figured things out. It meant so much to me, and I’m excited for Chenise to experience that same support.

Practice session pricing:
90min — $105
120min — $140

These sessions are especially great for:
•Those who have been curious about trying barefoot bodywork•
•People looking for evening, weekend, or 9am appointment availability•
•Anyone who simply wants to support a practitioner in training•
