Yes, drink more water every day BUT that isn’t the answer to your dry skin. Unfortunately, using water based products isn’t either.
Let’s get your skin supple with a 365 day return policy. Drop a comment if you’d like to experience them. 💧

Never. Ever will I get tired of these blue skies and constant sunshine.
It’s an addiction that I needed. I had no idea that taking a scary, leap of faith in 2021 would give me this gift when I needed it most.
O
In 2021, we surprised our 3 kids with the plan to move from the Chicago suburbs to Scottsdale, Arizona. They were less than enthused. In fact they cried. It was heart wrenching but something bigger was calling us. We could always move back, we told ourselves.
Then 2 years in and on the day we moved in to our purchased home in Scottsdale, I got the call that I had a “brain lesion”. What we didn’t realize at the time was how close we were to two of the best brain hospitals. This move ended up being what I needed and still do. I need the sun and warm weather to spend time outside daily and a close proximity to my many treatments and physicians.
Sometimes intuition isn’t revealed until much later.

I share what we use and this is what we use :)
There is a sale now on the items we use to protect us. Reduce your radiation, reduce your risk. Especially your kids.
I have the phone case and the Airpod stickers. I have given them to all of our kids. Here's a discount link: https://www.waveblock.com/ELIZA42346
Looking back, it was such a milestone.
I was literally counting down the days until I was done radiating my brain. Thirty days of walking the same path over and over again. At the time, I really didn’t know what side effects were waiting for me. I wasn’t thinking that far ahead.
I was focused on one day at a time.
And every day meant I was one day closer to finishing this phase of cancer treatment.
I was focused on ringing that infamous bell. The bell that signifies completion.
On Day 15—the halfway point—I wasn’t thinking much about what came after it. I definitely hadn’t analyzed how that bell, this huge symbol I was working toward, would eventually come to mean something very different to me.
I smiled through radiation. I danced my way through radiation. I did the things that made me feel like I had some control. Things that kept me present and made me happy.
But what waited for me on the other side was painful hair loss, extreme exhaustion and mental side effects I wasn’t prepared for.
And beyond that bell was an even harder realization:
This nightmare wasn’t over.
I wasn’t done healing. Fighting. Living with cancer. Whatever words you want to use.
There was still more and more and more to do.
Because for me, cancer is a chronic disease. My particular cancer doesn’t get to be called “gone.” I don’t get the word “remission.”
So looking back, I understand that bell differently now.
It marked the end of 30 days of radiation.
And that absolutely was something worth celebrating.
But it wasn’t the finish line.
It was simply the end of one part of a much longer story.
The minimalist look is so in and I’m a fan. It’s probably because I always feel rushed. Anyhow, as someone who isn’t particularly good at doing my own makeup, I need things to be easy. These make it easy and guess what? There is a makeup tutorial for anyone who wants it weekly! If you want to tune in, shoot me a message and I’ll send you a link.

I wish we didn’t have to think about this, but there are a lot of things to consider when buying produce.
In my house, we crush berries in the summer—but I only buy them organic. If I can’t find organic or they’re just too expensive, we pass. Frozen organic berries are a great option, or I’ll choose another fruit that tends to have lower pesticide residue.
It can feel like A LOT to navigate and research. That’s why I like making it easier for you.
Like this post and drop the word PRODUCE and I’ll send you my list of what I prioritize buying organic—and where I worry about it less.
