Did you come in because you’re tired of the color? 😅
I get it — it still holds,
but maybe it’s time for a refresh
———
🩶I’m Mila, and for 10 years I’ve been teaching NAIL TECHS how to create manicures that last
without lifting or chipping ✨
so clients come back not because something broke,
but because they want a new color 💅

Saw this video and couldn’t scroll past 😅
But honestly?
Huge respect to the nail tech. No lifting, no chips — everything still looks solid 👏✨

but simply because they want a new color ❤️
🔸No chips.
🔸No lifting.
🔸No constant re-dos.
I’m a practicing nail tech myself and still work with clients,
so I teach not “internet theory,”
but real salon work:
— how to work faster without losing quality
— how to handle difficult nail types
— how to create sets that last for weeks ✨
My training includes a lot of hands-on practice and real models.

From the outside it may look fine,
but inside — this 👀
the product didn’t cure
Why this happens:
🔹 gel color is too pigmented
🔹 the layer is too thick
🔹 incorrect mixing (pigment density wasn’t considered)
🔹 the client held their hand at an angle in the lamp
🔹 weak or old lamp
👉 and you don’t even notice the problem right away
I break down mistakes like this
and show how to work without lifting and re-dos

Moved to the U.S. and don’t know how to start making money? 🇺🇸
Manicure is a profession that can give you a stable income
and let you work legally 💅
You choose:
— how much you work
— who you work with
— what price you charge 💸
If your work is clean and long-lasting =
you’ll always have clients
“Russian manicure” is in high demand in the U.S. —
even celebrities get it ✨
Finding a good nail tech like that is rare,
and your client won’t leave you ❤️
_________
I’ve been teaching for 10 years — from zero to advanced —
so you can:
— work without lifting
— stop doing re-dos
— confidently raise your prices to $90+

The most common mistake NAIL TECHS make — chasing speed 💨
From the outside it looks “fine”…
but in reality 👀
— lifting
— pockets
— zero adhesion
And by next month, the client is already looking for a new nail tech ❌
Speed won’t grow your income or client base
if you don’t have a strong foundation.
First technique, structure, clean work ✨
Only then comes speed,
and you can raise your prices without losing clients 💸

When a client “just removed it a little herself” 😅
And then:
— lifting
— thinned nail plate
— nothing holds
So the work doesn’t start with a new set,
it starts with nail restoration
This is exactly what I teach —
how to work with cases like this:
“paper-thin nails,”
downward-growing, trapezoid, upward-growing
