Seattle Q***r Balayage+Shag Stylist🏳️‍🌈🍉✨ (she/her) is a Pacific Northwest native, and has been doing hair for 13 years. She specializes in balayage and dimensional color, s**gs, retro/70s aesthetics, effortless, and curly hair types.

Kelly Johnson Seattle Q***r Barber (they/them) is a long term Seattle transplant originally from Oakland, California. They are new to barbering and are currently an apprentice of Micki () though they have been lovingly known as the backyard barber to their friends and comrades for a couple of years.

ROMAN | SEATTLE HAIR⚡️ (he/him/they) is a hairstylist that specializes in gender affirming cuts, alternative styles, and vivid color projects. He's been doing hair for over 3 years now and is fully comfortable working with hair of all textures and lengths! Whether it's a curly s**g, a tight fade, or a multicolored vivid project, he's super passionate and excited about every service–especially if it’s outside the norm.

Fantasia Does Hair (she/they) has been a hairstylist since 2017 and loves working with all textures and lengths. They specialize in mullets, s**gs, clipper work, alternative cuts and gender-affirming styles.

November | Ember (they/them) is a haircutting specialist with a focus on creating a safe space for neurodivergent, q***r, & disabled folks. They take extra care to ensure their clients have a sensory positive experience their chair. This past year they have also started taking on vivid color clients!

Leo • Seattle Barber💈✂️ (ze/zir) began zir barbering journey in 2023, driven by a passion to create a welcoming environment where everyone can feel safe, seen, and truly respected. Ze specializes in gender-affirming haircuts, clipper cuts, beard trims and razor finishes.

‍Mick Yeates | Q***r Seattle Barber (they/them), a hairstylist since 2015, and a licensed Cosmetology Educator since 2021 is a dedicated advocate for authentic self-expression. Specializing in short haircuts, mullets, and s**gs, Mick's chair is a safe haven for the lgbtqia2s+ community. Mick takes new clients on a case by case basis.

We're raising funds for our haircut sponsorship fund. With this community funded effort, we've been able to provide gender affirming & high quality haircuts to 22 individuals in 2026 alone while still paying our stylists their worth! We couldn't do this without you.

Hatch doesn't have a shop phone.

This means booking with us needs to be done online. We've intentionally setup systems for our clients to book with us online so that once you're in our chair, you are the top priority.

We want to make sure we are taking care of you with zero distractions so we can create an experience worth waiting for.

Having a shop phone means someone has to answer it. With each of us focused on our individual clients, it leaves little time for us to do that. & until Tim Tam learns to answer the phone, we'll keep functioning the way we do.
