If you’re new here, I’m Charley, the owner behind Haven Wellness. I’m so happy you’re here and following along as I continue to grow this little space into something really special.

My passion for naturopathy started with my own journey of learning more about the body, nutrition, natural wellness, and the ways we can support ourselves from the inside out. I’m currently continuing my education to be a Naturopathic Doctor while also pursuing my Masters of Public Health, and I love being able to combine what I’m learning with my passion for helping others.

Where Do You Start When You Want to Feel Better?🌿

Sometimes you know you want to make a change, but you’re quite not sure where to begin. That’s where a Consultation at Haven Wellness can help!😌

I created Haven Wellness because I believe wellness is about looking at the whole person. Not just one symptom or one area of your health.

My background has given me a unique perspective on wellness. I earned my Bachelors degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Central Michigan University, and I currently work in cardiac rehab, where I support people as they work towards better heart health and adapt healthier lifestyles.

I’m also completing my Masters in Public Health, while continuing my education towards my Doctor of Naturopathy. My goal is to bring together what’s I’ve learned through exercise science, public health, naturopathic education, and my own passion for holistic wellness to provide a more individualized approach for each client.
