Fulfilled!
Today I asked the Reiki Master students what word first came to mind when they reflect on their Reiki journey…
These ladies committed to a year-long Reiki Master training course that I have curated for the last 13 years. It had been a dream of mine to lead a class of willing participants to invest their time, practice, energy, and sharing with one another. They attended 3 days of training, Chakra 101, 102, and 103, along with Reiki clinics.
Hearing their answers reminded me exactly why I began this path. Watching them step fully into their own energy and light over this past year has been an absolute honor. Each one brought something completely irreplaceable to our circle:
✨ Rachel Hobbs – Here is to your 13-year commitment to learning, attending, practicing, and continually showing up to be a better version of yourself. You have touched all of the students who have attended our classes. Your amazing creativity has proven to support others to tap into their creative juices and inspire many!!! Happy 50th to you!!
✨ Felicia – For your dedication to yourself, active participation, and continually attending the Reiki clinics. Your honest approach and delivery to students always convey patience, knowledge, and honesty.

✨ Paula – Your empathetic self and willingness to learn and take in every moment makes everyone around you smile. Your warmth is genuinely felt by others!
✨ Amanda – Your investment and commitment on this journey was a beautiful sight to watch unfold! As both an instructor and a student, it has been a pleasure to share this year with you!
✨ Jess – Your strength and commitment to showing up, sharing, and being so appreciative of all the beauty around you is inspiring.

Thank you to this incredible group for trusting the process, trusting themselves, and bringing this dream to life. Fulfilled was the word that came to my mind when I reflect on our time together!

Blessings forever and a day…

Do you notice feeling dry, anxious, or a little out of sync during the Fall months??

DM me to save your seat for Monday, August 31st for the 1st of 4 immersive and interactive classes where we’ll dive deep into what the upcoming seasonal transition really means for your mind, body, and spirit.

Why does this matter so much?

In true holistic wellness, we know that true balance begins in the gut.
-reflux
-constipation
-sluggishness
-skin flare-ups
-headaches
-mood swings

Don’t just happen out of nowhere. Even if standard labs come back "normal," these symptoms are your body's innate warning signs.

Ignoring symptoms or relying on a quick fix only drives imbalance deeper into the tissues over time.

In this intimate setting, you’ll discover:

—How your unique constitution responds to the cooler, drier weather.
—Practical, time-tested tools to keep your digestion firing and your nervous system grounded.
—Daily rituals to prevent seasonal imbalances before they take root.
