REST Massage Therapy L.L.C

New changes, before and after. My teenage niece said “uncle, your office is definitely how a guy would decorate.” So I added a few things. Thanks to my other niece PaChee Stephaine Vang and KaBao Campbell for helping me put this new vision together.

Also, speaking on changes, we’re now open on Sundays again. Schedule your massage appointment. And visit the updated space.

Thank you, , for the opportunity to provide chair massages to your staff and faculty. It was a pleasure to meet everyone and be part of your teachers' appreciation week.

Until next time.

Bare with me, on this long post.

I’ve opened my practice 6 years ago, at which COVID-19 hit. I didn’t know how to long it will be, and if I had to close before I even started. Now we have ICE terrorizing immigrants and anyone who stand up against it. Just like 6 years ago. I had to process if I could sustain my practice, when no one feels safe to leave their home. I’ve kept my doors open, and be a place people could find refuge and restoration. I wanted and needed to show up for those who were in the mist of the battles. And provide care for them. Even if that meant just one person shows up. And if I had to close my doors, so be it.

Fortunately I had the REST community show love and support. I’m thankful for who asked their community to support me. I’m thankful for everyone who donated, purchased gift-cards and packages, chair massage event and booked massages. Y’all kept me from closing my doors. And ignited the embers in me into flames. Words cannot express the love and care I have for all of you.

Im reminded of a poem (paraphrase) “our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frighten us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” -Marianne Williamson.

I want to give a shoutout to for collaborating with me last month! Rest Massage Therapy was offering one free 60-minute massage to two lucky Club Pilates members. After counting all the raffle tickets, we had a total of 122 submissions for the chance to win a free massage. 🤯🤯

I am incredibly grateful to everyone who participated in the raffle. The winners have already been contacted. As a thank you for your submission, all participants will receive a 15% discount on their first massage at Rest Massage Therapy.

I look forward to meeting you all. Thank you again,

I had to earn my keys. Putting in that work on the turf. You dig.

I am grateful for all those who voted me as their best massage therapist in the Shoreview community. I didn’t get the winner certificate but being in the top 3 as a finalist is awesome. So thank you!

Y’all make my dream possible, and I’m happy to be apart of your bodywork wellness team.

Yesterday I did a thing. I was a guess panel judge for a group of entrepreneurs. As they are continuing to manifest their business. There are great things coming into life. I can’t wait to see it all unfolds.

Thank you for inviting me to be apart of this panel.
