I’m Kaitlin — the owner and lash artist behind LashCZ! 👋🏼 I’m a mama of 2 girls, and I’ve been lashing for 5 years now. 🥹🩷

LashCZ is my little corner of the beauty world where lash health always comes first. I love creating beautiful, customized sets while keeping your natural lashes healthy and happy. ✨

But my favorite part of what I do is helping women feel good about themselves. 🤍 I love giving you that little pick-me-up in the middle of everyday life — whether you’re a busy mom, taking care of everyone else, working nonstop, or simply need a couple hours to relax and feel like YOU again.

Knowing I can help make your mornings a little easier, boost your confidence, or simply give you a moment to feel pampered is something I’m so grateful for. 🥹🩷

🥹 I honestly don’t even know how to put this into words…💜

When I first started LashCZ, I had no idea where this little business would take me. I just knew I loved what I was doing and wanted to create a space where women could come in, feel comfortable, feel beautiful, and know they were genuinely cared for.

Over the years, LashCZ has become so much more than just doing lashes. It has given me the opportunity to meet so many incredible women, build real connections, grow as a business owner, and create something that I can truly call my own. ✨

So being nominated for Business Woman of the Year is such an incredible honor. 🥹

As a mom and a small business owner, there have definitely been challenging days, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come and so thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey.
