• Cancellation Policy: I will be strictly enforcing my cancellation policy. A 50% service fee will be charged for any no-shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. My schedule stays booked at least a couple weeks in advance, so last-minute cancellations leave me with appointment times that are almost impossible to fill and likely being unable to get you in anywhere near your scheduled day. Please be mindful of my time and of other clients who are waiting for appointments.

• Off-Day Appointments: I am officially lashing full-time! While I no longer have to work around another job, I do have designated days off. If you request an appointment on one of my off days and I’m available, a $30 convenience fee will be added to your service.

• Payment: I offer several payment methods, but paying at a later date is not one of them. Payment is required before leaving your appointment.

Lastly, thank you all so much for your continued support. You’ve made my transition from surgery, through ongoing recovery, and now into lashing full-time so much easier than I imagined. I truly appreciate yall. 🖤
