As for October’s schedule, I have:

21st- 1:00• pedicure & gel + structure
23rd- 3:15• builder gel
28th- 2:15 • Gel x set or fill

** i COULD come in a little earlier Monday the 26th.i have some people scheduled that day and could fit in someone else if the time worked.

Doesn’t have to be these services! Just giving an example.

Friendly reminder of these policies. Please read before booking.

• if you are more then 10 minutes late I may reschedule your appointment, or modify your appointment and only do solid colors/ no accent nails. Please always give me notice if you are going to be late to an appointment at all. If one client is 15 minutes late that can push me behind for the rest of the day, and I try my best to stay on time.

•messages/ calls: i prefer messages over calls so I can reply quicker and im slower at responses on weekends. I will get back with you!

• Cancellations, I don’t require any sort of deposit or card on file, however if you cancel appointments/ late/ no show and it is a reoccurring problem I may require a deposit before booking any future appointments or refuse your services. I DO REQUIRE A DEPOSIT IF YOU CANCEL YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH ME WITHIN 24 HOURS.
PLEASE** cancel appointments with as much notice as possible. If you know you can’t make it, please give me atleast a 24 hour notice so I can fill your spot or stay home & spend time with my family.

• no shows, please give me a 24 hour notice if you can’t make it. Appointment reminders are sent out about an hour before to remind you. I do require a deposit for booking after a no call/ no show or a last minute cancellation.

•GUESTS , i completely understand bringing a friend or a child. I have no problem with a guest or child, but please be mindful because I do share space with an esthetician and we don’t have extra seating in our room for multiple guests. I try to be respectful to her clients who are also trying to relax. Please limit guest to one if possible!
pets : ** Missouri regulations regarding animals in cosmetology establishments state that NO animals are allowed in a cosmetology establishment, or sales counter at any time, except for service animals. **

• online booking, online booking is set up to require full pre-payment before booking services. The cancellation/ no show policy applies to online booking. If you did cancel with a 24 hour notice or more, you will be refunded on a gift certificate. You’ll have 6 months to use the gift certificate.

• gift certificates, can be written for any amount and I do offer these all year. If the amount is more then 150$ I will give you more time to use it, but less then 150$ has a 6 month expiration date (which is written on it) Please be mindful of this. When they expire, they expire and I do not honor those after that date.
