I truly value each and every one of my clients, and I make every effort to show up for you and provide the best service and experience possible. Over the years, I’ve also tried to be understanding and accommodating whenever I can—sometimes even bending my own policies or extending a little extra grace.

I understand that life happens. Things come up, schedules change, and sometimes appointments simply can’t be kept. All I ask is that you communicate with me as soon as possible.

In the past 3 years, there have been two occasions when I was late for a client. In both instances, I gave a $50 discount because I understand how valuable your time is. I respect your time, and I kindly ask for that same consideration in return.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to offer that time to someone else who may have been waiting for an appointment.

As my schedule continues to stay busy, I have to be more consistent about honoring the policies and boundaries I’ve put in place—not only for myself, but to be fair to all of my clients.

Please remember:
✨ Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice require payment of 50% of the scheduled service.
✨ No call / No show appointments may result in your future appointment availability being offered to clients currently waiting for an opening.

I also ask that all clients follow the appointment and hair-care instructions provided for their specific service. These instructions are there to help me stay on schedule and give your hair the care it deserves.

I appreciate every person who chooses and trusts me to care for their locs. 🤎 My goal is never to be difficult or inflexible—it’s simply to create a business environment where everyone’s time, boundaries, and appointments are respected.
