We are happy to welcome Nathan to the Mind & Body family.
My name is Nathan Oldenkamp, and I'm a licensed massage therapist with half a decade of experience in helping my clients relieve pain.
My specialty is Postural Integration, a technique that targets tight muscles that have developed holding patterns which occur through long periods of repetitive posture. I also work with assisted stretching to restore mobility and increase range of motion to help people stay active longer.
